The structure of the Franchise. I like the Website Support and that if we reach out we can get help.

I don't like that its hard to find information on Ekamp. That we don't have an Inventory Mgmt system that works with K2 and that Unless your park is failing or in the top 5% of parks you get no help or follow up.
