Back end support is fine, it can be improved

Currently we are feeling like it's a dictatorship from the corporate end .it may be of hiking the pricing or making changes in the mandatory tools or equipments,

They should discuss with the franchise owner if they are making changes which are going to impact the franchise business and also needed to be implemented by the franchise.
