This franchise was an utter disaster. I did exactly 100 jobs, with quality and efficiency, and earned over $700k top line revenue over 2.5 years. Yet I made a total of exactly ZERO dollars profit, to include paying myself zero dollars.

Nothing.

The business model is poor. It is only designed to get franchise fees. You have based your franchise fees on your successful franchises (CA. NY, MA, FL), which are able to charge 50-100% more than others regions. Those franchises are making that much more profit than other regions, as we all have essentially the same expense load. Yet you wonder why other franchises consistently fail, for instance in TX.

Fix your broken franchise fee model or quit selling in the south.
