Buying a Nurse Next Door franchise was the worst mistake I have made in my life.

The brand concept is good.

Franchise fees are outrageous, franchisor does not provide enough support, no national advertising, management only cares about increasing their revenue and not ensure the franchisees are successful.

Fire all of upper management and replace them with people from a successful franchisor such as McDonald's, Subway, or competitors like Bright Star.
