Budget Blinds Corporate is not using their size and resources to provide franchisees with much needed employment programs, systems ie. Corporate Health plan, commercial insurance, vehicle, fuel, 401k, staff relief, hardware discounts etc. Rather to focused on their own needs.
- Leads generated from national advertising program - Negotiated warranty program "No Questions Asked" - Available templates for business systems ie. Business cards, etc.
- Lack of resources such as relief installers and sales people, to fill in gaps. Lack of Corp negotiated medical, 401K programs Less special discounted vendor offers - declined over time. Very high franchise fees. 3 territories should have sliding scale fee program. Corporate programs are geared towards providing the franchisee with the information they want not what the franchisee needs - they are too limited and controlled. Not user friendly for booking, ordering and getting sales information easily
Employment program offerings - Discounted Health Care for Owners and for employees - Competitive 401K packages and other beneifits - Corporate hired area relief sale people, installers, admin staff which the franchisee can hire when they are short staffed and in the process of searching for new candidates - Programs for sales and installation bookings and information which actually work easily and provide the Franchisee with what they need and want - Discounted vehicle (vans and other commercial vehicle options) including purchase prices, tyres, fuel, trade-in programs, insurance etc. - Franchisee support that is based on what the franchisee needs not what the franchisor wants - Knowledgeable staff - a lot of the people working at corporate are just trying to "tick the box" not really there to assist.
