The brand and concept is good. I have some friends with various other franchises and the support and interaction is much different and much better. This franchise needs new leadership and people at corporate that know what it takes to actually support the franchisees.

The support and advice I received for the first eight years was terrible, especially the first five.

Actually listen to ALL the franchises not just the people who say yes to them or the just the large franchises.
