This is a very good franchise system that is lead by a President with a growth mindset and a drive to improve.

There is nothing I dislike. Marketing support and systems for reporting and tracking financials could improve.

Marketing is great at providing imagery, materials and some basic understanding of virtual marketing but doesn’t provide much insight into traditional media. Doesn’t have metrics and guidance to help evaluate media spend.
