it was good while the people in charge were good. since people in management levels changed all the time, you really dont know whom you would get stock with; resulting in a rollercoaster type experience.

team environment and culture

behind the scenes cut-throat management that only pretends to care for you and they only care about their royalty

know where peoples limit lie. too many people in important leadership roles that are nothing but good salesmen or real estate agents. they let people operate beyond their peter principle just because they are friends and like them, often times to the detriment of the operators in the trenches, and if you complain they just say recruit more, they ignore you and look for ways for you to leave quietly
