Bridge to Better Living is not a franchise model I would recommend in its current form. It is a shell that cannot produce and is too arrogant to receive feedback to improve.

The brand is pretty.

This model was sold as inclusive and welcoming. The reality was it’s controlling and unrealistic in its expectations. There was no flexibility to appeal to diverse populations. Management was not open to enhancements that make sense to its franchisees. And there was absolutely no marketing engine to power the business model. Plus, there was an obvious conflict of interest (owner’s nephew owned marketing firm that had no understanding of franchise Ops). It’s set up as a central office and for the corporate office, not for a franchise.

Revamp marketing support and strategy New ops management Robust corporate training and education Get out of their own way
