The ability to work in an industry that I enjoy, the flexibility to customize my coaching to the clients individual needs and owning my own business. I like the corporate core values.

Information is not passed on to the franchisees in a timely manner. There are times we are giving our clients incorrect information about affiliate partners and potential discounts for them because we are unaware a change has taken place.

Provide a better understanding of the relationship between F50 coaches and local coaches when sharing a client, who does what, how is client information shared so we are not duplicating efforts but instead we are creating a cohesive coaching experience for the client . All emails to corporate should have some type of response or acknowledgement of receipt within the agreed upon 24 hours. Keeping franchisees/coaches aware of speaking engagements or events that are being held in their territory. We can not support each other if we do not know when colleagues are coming to our area.
