Low profit margins when food, supplies and labor is so expensive. Guests won't pay $35 for a sub. No deviation from Franchise Agreement, open until 9 PM.

Listen to the franchisees. Improve low ranking restaurants. Clean the restaurants in Florida. Offer LTO's or replacements when the cost of meat spikes and the scheduled meat is in limited supply (recently turkey). Move faster, half a decade to get a new steamer built. Lower cost of buildout.
