I am not happy with the franchise Ice Cream Emergency. Would not recommend joining

I like the way I independently run my business

Inconsistencies with what I was told when I signed on to the company and the way things were since then. Issues with new equipment and fabrication of mobile vehicle. Infringement of exclusive territory. No marketing support. All other franchisees were granted larger service areas. Everyone out for themselves

Be consistent and fair. Address issues when they come up instead of pretending it’s not an issue. Realize that states other than where they are headquartered perform differently and other support is needed
