Goosehead as a whole is great company but going through some growing pains that need to be fixed.

Love the options and support most of the time. Hard market is making things difficult now

On escalation process it would be helpful to be able to talk to someone one the issue instead of mainly cases and salesforce

better communication on escalation issues
