Overall I could never work under any other brand. I am KW to my core and appreciate all of the good that comes with the accountability, growth and success.

I have always felt as though the CEO, President, and staff at the "mothership" - KWRI -- are in the game with me -- helping me win, providing tremendous value and support. Additionally they have Market Centers and Regions of their own - so they are boots on the ground.

The CEO's have a tremendous amount of pressure to perform in a Franchise system - with Independent Owners and Operators -- its a tough go. I hope they get enough support at that level so we can keep them longer...Love Mr Marc King!
