Corporate staff are very nice and helpful.

Many owners who are unable to grow the business. The franchisor DOES NOT help you build the business. Training is subpar. Recently has had many long-term corporate staff leave. The negatives of this company are not known until one owns a franchise.

New CEO. New corporate structure. Realize that as the franchisor they are responsible for helping the franchisee grow their business. This is completely absent.
