InXpress was a good place to start a small business about 5 years ago, The last few years things have changed. Wealthy investors come in and purchase multiple franchises and then combine the franchises and get all the recognition and rewards.

Used to be friendly to small business people. Now caters to wealthy investors who purchase multiple franchises.

The Ledger system to pay franchisees is terrible. This is the only business I know where you can earn 30K profit in a month and get negative money. They need to go back to old payment system. The Ledger system makes it almost impossible to budget properly. Our shipping rates are not competitive for E-Commerce. Our cost for UPS is higher than the rates given by Shopify and Shipstation.

Change back to old payment system and dump the franchise ledger system. Negotiate better rates. Provide leads to the Franchises.
