Vision and continued disruption

Honestly, I believe in this brand and the leadership. I feel we are all driving in the same direction with the same determination. It's exciting. I cannot really think of a thing that I dislike. I love what I do.

The corporate office needs more line/field experience. There are people that have that experience, but not all of them. Everyone in the corporate office (yes, everyone) should be made to work in the field for at least 60 days (to see two business cycles).
