The level of support from corporate to me is outstanding. This includes after hours and one in with with a dedicated consultant.

I wish that the office would talk to each area about the marketing materials they provide before shipping. While I appreciate the free supplies, not everything works in every market. Some consideration should be given based on political leanings and area demographics.

Listen a bit more to the network. I know they try really hard but we are missing the mark in a few areas.
