Studio branding (tired) It has become very America centric, feel left out in South East Asia. Below comment cont: Keep innovating to stay ahead of other brands. Develop the resistance training aspect more, other brands have stronger periodised strength training. We need to develop this more with better benchmark testing of key lifts. We need Olympic bars and plates, can be the shorter bars to fit even into the smallest studios (Mine is the minimum and we hit capacity regularly, we can still fit it in)

develop the budget for the performance management department. Increase this team, it is too small to be effective. They have too many clubs. more in person training in South East Asia, others are doing this.
