the group fitness concept, the cardio sessions are world class. The brand, the energy and community

weight sessions are outdated. F45 needs to uplift its sessions to be competitive in the current over saturated group fitness market. Needs to be innovative and incorporate new equipment in the weights workouts especially. We are very behind and extremely basic when it comes to resistance training. Many members leave due to the lack of progression and repetitiveness in resistance classes. Need to review competitors workouts and equipment and take it to the next level. Eg BFT and Airlocker

support the franchisors more. Have dedicated representatives from each department in all countries or at least a phone number to contact. Severe financial hardship not acknowledged forcing studios to close as accounts do not show any care for the studios. Massive review of the workouts, especially resistance days, need to be equivalent to competitors when it comes to equipment and diversity in workouts. Weights sessions are extremely disengaging for the members who are no longer beginners. Losing way too many members to more advanced group fitness with better equipment eg BFT and now Airlocker
