Advice for Franchisor

Travel. Visit struggling clinics. Offer on-site training. Stop fighting ideas that go against established protocols that ultimatelty are failing. Fix HSWORX or allow offices to choose a different EHR. Too Many doctors are struggling to thrive in this system. Recruit Regional Reps from the ownership pool. Create an on-boarding and travel team of phenomenal people that provide on-site training. Finally. Change the mindset that 60% of success is a wild card.
