Great marketing programs .

Tech support is horrible, inconsistent and unreliable.

Improve tech support. Have a help desk that is unified in their capabilities . There are too many departments required to resolve simple day to day issues (Goco, Zenial, Sicom, Tim Zone, Clearview etc )
