Great Concept. The customers love this business model.

Franchisor was not focused on franchisee profitability, only selling more franchises. This allowed many franchisees to fail. Then they went AWOL on us, leaving many of us hanging. They took tons of money and skipped town.

Should have worked harder to support the franchisees and help them develop their businesses to be profitable. What do you expect when you sell a tire business to someone with zero industry experience?
