The state where I'm located has more stringent laws governing this business than any other. That needs to be accounted for in the model -- knowing some can buy the franchise and open immediately, where in Texas it is an average of at least 6 months before you can begin offering services for payment.

Provide a better understanding of the differences between states -- this isn't a one-size-fits-all business model with the wide variance in regulations.
