The reoccurring business is huge compared to other types of services where you have to constantly have an influx of new clients. Example, Carpet cleaning or window cleaning. Once you have your "base" of regulars, you have guaranteed incoming revenues

Overhead. Requires lots maids and lots clients

I am fond of our corporate office. That said, they can listen to the Zs more on matters that concern us directly.
