I'm disappointed with the way they are destroying a great concept.

They have good food and don't cost much to open the store

The head office is clueless. They do not have any idea how the restaurant business works. They don't have a brand identity and they are not ready to listen to anyone. All the head office employees don't have any industry experience and most of them they picked from failed franchises.

Talk with the franchisee and take their feedback. Build a mentality to listen and learn instead of giving instructions. Fire the failed franchisee who is taking all the operation decisions and hire people who understand the business, not some bozos. Otherwise, this franchise will be done in the next two years. Also, franchisees are partners, not your employees.
