The lack of responsiveness was glaring. I reached out with concerns and inquiries multiple times, only to be met with delayed or, in some cases, no responses at all. This lack of timely communication created unnecessary delays and hindered the progress of important projects.

I feel compelled to share my disappointing experience with the support provided by the corporate management team. As someone who values open communication and efficient resolution of issues, my encounters with the corporate support at Mr Handyman left me thoroughly frustrated.

when I did receive responses, the level of assistance provided was subpar. It seemed as though my concerns were not thoroughly addressed, and there was a noticeable lack of proactivity in finding viable solutions. It left me questioning the commitment of the corporate management team to truly support and address the needs of franchisees.
