UPS Stores are grossly taken advantage of by UPS. Considering we are their partners, it seems as if it is a one way street with UPS accruing the benefits

Clean business. Little inventory or accounts receivable. Reasonable business hours

UPS does not support the franchisee. They give away shipping to 3rd party businesses at discounts which make our ability to compete virtually impossible. Treat us as their hubs. Have closed many of their facilities and utilize lUPS Stores as indentured servants. Level of service on their deliveries has diminished greatly.
