A good market/industry to be in but not with the current TeamLogic IT Owners/Top Mgmt.

Good national partnerships with reputable vendors; good middle level mgmt support & nice people to work with

The senior level mgmt & corporate owners make decisions based on nepotism, discrimination (lucky if they like you) and they dont apply the same standards to every franchisee. Some franchisees are favored over others and there is lack of transparency or consistency in decision making at the top, which hurts the franchisees.
