Don't go with this franchise unless you have a good lawyer to negotiate your agreement with you.

Working with the other franchisees, getting to meet so many leaders across different industries, and helping both companies and candidates.

Lack of support and the vindictive attituded of the franchisor. Lack of real investment in the brand and marketing of the franchise. No lead funnel development at all!

Reinvest in the franchise, open the marketing parameters for the franchisee, put together a real franchise committee that corporate will listen to, or sell it to another group that can and will advance the franchise.
