The politics and you really dont own your own business. The regional owners have all the control over the Franchisees

Let the Franchisees run their own business and set their own goals. Also live with the results of their performance. Don't forget profit matters over agent count. Don't "judge" a MC as not performing due to agent count when profit says differently.
