The support from the home office team is excellent. They answer questions quickly and are on top of what is happening.
The most important thing is the misnomer of the name. Once they branched out, they should have changed it. I find myself explaining all the time. There is also clique I noticed from the beginning that is high-schoolish and annoying. It is why I finally stopped attending the conventions. There is also an unfair advantage for competing with those who have a million associates. We aren't a pyramid scheme, yet they win all the accolades because their team makes the most per franchise. Whatever.
