overall I'm happy to be a owner and look to expand to more stores. but there are things that need to be fixed and things that could be done to help owners.

the other owners are great, my fom is great (chuck) lots of growth options.

that UPS under cuts its store by giving better shipping prices to everyone else but its own stores. Also that we are charged a shipping invoice every week but then are charged our franchise fee on the total we make even though 40% of what we made that week is already being payed out in the weekly shipping invoice.
