Overall, I am extremely satisfied with HOC and I’m grateful that I have chosen this franchise/business model

I feel like I have been thoroughly trained. I like that we are the top notch company in color analysis. I do feel supported from corporate and training. I love the relationships that I have built with fellow consultants.

I don’t like how one person from corporate will tell you one thing and someone else will tell you something different. However, I do know that they are trying very hard to streamline information so I appreciate the effort to improve

As mentioned above, everyone being on the same page. Some things have been confusing when I added an associate. But truly, they’ve been incredible and everyone tried their best to help and get information back to me. I also think it would be great if Sarah Shipman could have an assistant. We need more of her in our lives! She’s fabulous!
