While the money is good, I feel the national office could handle the way they deal with LOs differently, like they actually care about them instead of just how many teams they can grow.

The money

The higher ups only care about higher team counts, which is fine but they go about their wants the wrong way. They don't say encouraging things like, "think about this, if you grow your league by 40 more teams you will gross $1600 more dollars per week". Instead they say, we're not real comfortable moving on with a contract with you because you didn't grow 40 teams. Then they give you additional contingencies.

Address some of their meeting with LOs in a different manner
