I am not motivated by money or profit. I am motivated by the ability to make a positive impact in the world while making a living for myself. I have gained financial independence and the reward of creating an extremely positive community that feels they are being served well.

The ability to be involved in a passion based business built on a solid business model. A lot of autonomy along with a lot of support from the franchise. I could not feel better, more positive about the impact of what we do, have more fun, and get more reward in any other business that I'm aware of.

Nothing that springs to mind that would not be pleasant in any other situation.
