In a flooded industry, Fitstop has not set itself apart from the industry, by shortening its leash on owners and what they can do it leaves us behind the rest of the industry as a relic of pre covid marketing and offers
The training and programming is great
The back end office is in shambles, HQ controls too many aspects of the business
Needs to give more control to franchisees to run the business to best suit the demographic of the individual areas. Outside of QLD the brand is floundering and you cannot apply a one size fits all approach to all marketing and promos when every states brand awareness is completely different.
