We are being clearly farmed for our life force, money and energy in an illegal manner. Gone are the days of real customer interactions and holding down your own city. The greed of the hedge fund has ruined the absolutely wonderful concept this was.

Since the strong arm black rock move of turning all stores to The UPS Store there is a mid level governing body between us and UPS. its a criminal organization stealing from us in ever way, very low moral and ethical outlook... and funny because it literally exists on our money, made up on our money. Now we are just farm machines for Big Box Amazon 3rd party. Basic business. Drop offs use to be 8 % of store time for 5% of the profit. We are now forced to spend 90% of all store time handling the Hedge fun Amazon for the same basic 5% of income. Meanwhile every package we tender for ourselves looses us money in a 55%(ups) 45%(store). so Each tenedered package makes a larger bill than the actual transaction can pay for. This is now and end to end corrupt system which banks on penalization and theft because they are well aware that they have flooded our store and lost control of the market.

Start again with a employee owned company, this has failed corporation wise. They just need money, the contracts are protected by the courts and in reality since the pandemic illegal. A contract isn't a one sided agreement.
