Home office. I have owned other franchises. I have bought and sold other franchise stores. I have worked for large corporations. I have 30 years of management/ownership experience. The home office at TUPSS is totally disconnected in what we do in the field. I spent the first month of ownerships saying to myself daily, " it doesn't have to be this complicated".

Start winning again. "The one that needs the deal the most gets the least" - Donald Trump. It seems to me that we go into these meetings thinking we need the deal the most and accept the least. We need someone powerful to negotiate these deals. We are getting the short end of the stick.
