the management going down

The ups store is a big brand

management don't understand real operation. when the retailer customers call corporate to complain about customer service, they want us to apologized, said customer reported to "CEO" so we need to say sorry to the lash out customers?????

reduced the UPS cost, and stop ask franchisee to apologized to unreasonable customer complain.
