I liked the support they gave when I first started. In 4 years 3 CEO’s, financially week brand, 3 POS systems, and that led to cuts… which led to lack of support and increased costs.

No support, 3 changes in CEO’s, 3 changes POS, and increased royalties.

For short term, decrease royalties by 2% so that we can become profitable.
