Services provided by franchisees include, but are not limited to food preparation and service, bar operations (including beer, wine, and liquor sales), retail sales, facility maintenance, and employee supervision. You will offer dine-in, take-out, catering, and banquet services. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of your franchise restaurant, including but not limited to hiring, training, and supervising restaurant personnel, managing inventory, maintaining food quality standards, etc. The franchisee will receive an exclusive franchise to operate a QUAKER STEAK & LUBE® Restaurant in a defined territory. The franchisee’s restaurant must be constructed and operated according to the franchisor’s specifications, which include site selection criteria, design and construction standards, equipment specifications, and signage.
