Meet Pritika Rajasanshi, the owner of the newly opened Slice House in Mountain View! 🍕👋 After a 15-year career as a molecular cell biologist, Pritika pivoted to restaurant franchise ownership to spend more time with her family and friends. A longtime friend of Tony Gemignani from their high school years in Fremont, Pritika has always admired his craft and followed his career. The idea to own a Slice House franchise sparked during a visit to the Walnut Creek location when her youngest son wondered why they couldn’t own one. Already experienced with other franchises like Denny’s, Pritika reached out to Tony to explore opening a Slice House in Mountain View. Why here? She has fond memories from her time working at Stanford Hospital, where pizza was a beloved treat among colleagues. As a Slice House franchise owner, Pritika’s days are filled with managing operations and personally engaging with customers to ensure every visit is memorable. She’s actively involved in the local community through events and forging relationships with local vendors to source fresh ingredients for her pizzas. Her favorite part about her job is witnessing the excitement and genuine happiness of customers. She is amazed by the response and how people know and trust the brand, coming from far away to enjoy it! Beyond her role at Slice House, Pritika dreams of someday running an organic farm and creating a haven for rescued animals. We love that!
