I would not recommend this franchise to someone looking to actively run and grow a modern fitness business. There are better opportunities elsewhere that offer stronger support, adaptability, and profitability.
The workout itself is effective, empowering, and accessible for all fitness levels, which makes it easy to confidently stand behind the product. Beyond the workout, the sense of community is a standout and the culture encourages connection, consistency, and support, which keeps members engaged and coming back. Overall, the business concept is good and centered on helping women feel confident and strong, making it a rewarding brand to be apart of.
One of my main challenges has been the pace at which the franchise adapts to changes in the fitness industry. At times, the brand feels rooted in outdated approaches, while the industry continues to evolve quickly in terms of technology, marketing, and member expectations. It has also been frustrating to feel that constructive feedback from franchise owners is not always welcomed or meaningfully considered. There have been instances where concerns or suggestions were dismissed, only for similar issues to resurface months later once it became clear that the original approach was not fully thought through. This can make it difficult to feel like a true collaborative partner within the franchise system or apart of a community. Additionally, there is sometimes a misalignment in where time and energy are invested, with focus placed on initiatives that feel less impactful to franchise growth, rather than prioritizing modernization and strategies that directly support studios and member retention. YesNegativeNeutralI will never recommend anyone to get a franchise with them it's basically a pyramid scheme
i like my members that's about it
i dont like en head office still live in 2010 and don't accept any suggestions from the franchisee, they don't follow current trends to grow the business, the make useless meetings that we don't learn anything that we have to pay for it or we get fines. They always use the fines to make us act the way they want. they are greedy money the supplies we give away they sell it to us waaaayyy to expensive so it's hard to make profits. they lied to us when we bought the gym off someone else.
NoNegativeNeutralLove the company model but frustrated with the lack of money we make and struggle to keep the doors open.
The members and the workout
No drop ins. We’re behind in our sales model and missing increased income. The membership model isn’t working anymore. Non gym products. They don’t sell but require money we don’t have to purchase.
YesPositiveApprovesI was glad to run my own business but the brand and corporate did not adjust to a changing market conditions.
Being able to work alone. The concept is great.
Too many restrictive marketing and social media rules, lack of input on how to improve lead quality resulting in negative ROI, poor lead quality. The brand is outdated. Corporate did not adapt to changing market conditions.
