As of the Issuance Date, we offer franchises for the right to operate a Franchised Business from either (a) a larger footprint of between 3,500 and 4,500 square feet in size (the “Signature Footprint”), and (b) a footprint that is around 2,500 square feet in size (the “Boutique Footprint”). We also offer qualified parties the right to develop multiple franchised Studios within a given geographical area (a “Development Area”) in accordance with a defined development schedule (the “Development Schedule”).
