The franchisee will receive the right to use their trade names, service marks, and trademarks in connection with the operation of a TGA Sports Franchised Business. The franchisee will conduct its business under quality control standards, policies and procedures. The franchisee will be required to offer for sale and sell only those products and services that they designate from time to time as part of an approved product or service line for TGA Sports Franchised Businesses. Also. franchisees must have the financial capability to open and operate their TGA Sports Franchised Business. TGA Sports Franchised Businesses are designed to teach sports skills, improve fitness and health, and to provide fun in a safe environment for children ages 3-14 years old. Various TGA Sports programs are conducted in elementary schools during physical education classes, as after school programs, and also at child care centers, parks & recreation facilities and other locations approved TGA Premier Sports is based in El Segundo, CA.
