Additionally, Port of Subs offers a pre-made line of food products that are produced and sold at non-traditional locations. The product line is called Port of Subs Crafted to Go® (CTG). This program is optional, and Franchisee must qualify for this program. The franchisee offers a limited menu of submarine sandwiches, salads, and related products. The franchisee’s restaurant must offer dine-in, carry-out, and catering services. The franchisee may also offer online ordering and delivery services. The franchisee will receive an initial training program. The franchisee must have at least 2 employees who complete the initial training program before the franchisee can open the restaurant for business. In addition to the Initial Training Program, Port of Subs offers an Operations Manual that contains detailed instructions on how to operate the franchise business. The Operations Manual is available to franchisees online through a password-protected website. Franchisees are expected to read and follow the procedures outlined.
