What to know about Raw Fitness franchise? The franchises described in this disclosure document are for the operation of RAW FITNESS® Businesses offering health, fitness, and weight control services. The franchisees will offer services to the public which may include but are not limited to: personal training, group classes, weight management programs, body composition analysis, and other health and fitness services. Franchisees will use the RAW FITNESS® name, logos, and trademarks in connection with the operation of their franchise businesses. The franchisee’s business will be located at a location authorized by the Franchisor. Franchisees must attend and complete the RAW FITNESS® Initial Training Program before commencing operations. The Initial Training Program will provide franchisees with the necessary information and skills to operate their franchise businesses. Franchisees will be required to maintain the highest standards of quality and service in the operation of their franchise businesses. They will also be required to participate in continuing education programs as well as regional and national meetings. Franchisees are independent business owners and are not employees, agents, or partners of RAW FITNESS® or any of its affiliates. As such, they will be solely responsible for all costs and expenses incurred in connection with the operation of their franchise businesses, including, but not limited to, rent, utilities, payroll, insurance, marketing, and advertising.
