Tools are behind and need improvement
YesPositiveApprovesOverall good franchise company, but limited support for older franchisees.
We can run our franchise that fits our needs and local market, we are not told what to sell, how to price or other limiting factors.
Would like more assistance on growing the business 3, 5 and 8 years after buying the franchise.
YesPositiveNeutralDitch Five Star. Go back to caring about owners.
Gotcha Covered has awesome potential. The team of old hats at Corporate is great. The new hires are wasted seats that treat owners incredibly poorly. The original corporate team does care and has secant leadership mentalities that carry the others.
Corporate marketing and fees continue to climb. Parent company ownership is a waste. They have completely ruined Gotcha Covered
