Is very simple, Subway need to ask her self how many new restaurant are open the last two year versus how many store are close the same last two year. Now every franchisee look to get way out. The value of the Subway store worth notting.

This brand is well established yet still allows you to run your operations how you see fit. There is a lot of support no matter what issue you may run into from the DA office. DA office is always willing to help you grow your business. They have created many opportunities.
